God says "Wake up my people, wake up!!" "Be comatose no more!!!" "No more compromise!!" The body of Christ, we His people have become complacent. God tells us to do something & we think "I'll get to it later. I have time, God didn't really mean for me to do that this minute. I know, I have done it myself & the cold hard truth is that when God tells us to do something He expects us to obey Him immediately. Someones life could depend on it, someones healing could be resting on our prayers, someones marriage could be dependant upon that call He told us to make.
When we open our eyes each day, we need to ask Him to give us a divine appointment this day to help someone, to encourage someone, to pick someone up. Whatever it may be that He has planned for us, we need to do it.
We are HIS body, His hands, His feet........................We all have a part to play & a function. Just think about it if part of our body isn't functioning correctly or is in pain or injured, it not only messes with that part of the body, but our whole body is off. It's time for us as the church to quit bashing one another, quit judging eachother, quit competing with one another & BE HIS BODY & DO HIS WORK!!!!
Time is short, it really is & you know who our worst enemy is?? Our selves, we are our own worse enemy. We allow ourselves to be distracted with things that get us off course in our walk with God. What has God called you to do? What has been prophecied over you? Think about that for a moment.............Are you doing it? If you aren't, why not? What is stopping you? You is stopping you, the false lies you've listened to to hold you back from what God has called you to do. The devil can't stop the call of God on our lives, He can't stop us from walking through the open door to our destiny, guess what all he can do is distract us from getting there. John 10:10 says the the thief comes only to steal, to kill, to destroy. But I have come that you may have life & life more abundantly. Look at the huge contrast between God & the devil in that one verse. The devil is only out to destroy us from our call in any way he can, he can't take the call, he can only distract us from the call. I know it's scary to step out when God has said to step out, I know it's painful, I know it costs everything, but it's so worth it beloved, so worth it to heed the call.
God is looking for a church that will stand up & compromise no more, that won't shrink back at what the devil throws at you, that will push forward to the call no matter what. If you fall, & you will because we have a flesh, it's not so much that you fell, it's that you get back up no matter how painful it may be & keep going!!!
God loves you, He has chosen you, He has predestined you, He knows all your faults, all your mistakes, all your excuses & He still says: "I want you, I've called you & I'm waiting on you!"
Are you going to keep HIM waiting any longer?
